Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Whichever method you decide to use, you will receive a Getting Started Kit to get you going.

  2. Place your order online from the convenience of your home at www.bodywise.com.
  3. Meet with your sponsor to develop a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle. Then, develop a 30/60/90 day plan, and before you know it you will be on your way to achieving your goals.
